Pulsars and Quasars are Freaks made by Pow.
Biography[]
Early into his domination plots, Black Star quickly realized that he could not execute them alone. He originally decided to create cybernetic soldiers, but his resources were limited and thus they could not be made. He then decided to use captured opponents or civilians and brainwash them to make Pulsars.
After field-testing the Pulsars, however, it was evident that they were chaotic and required people between them and Black in rank to command them. This gave birth to the more powerful Quasars.

Appearance and Personality[]
They are RED Spies wearing the Counter Espionage set.
They are arrogant and cocky unlike their superiors. However, they will obey them without question.
Powers and Abilities[]
Pulsars have slightly enhanced physical strength compared to regular humans. They also have somewhat enhanced agility.
However, they also carry a Machina and a Diamondback for ranged combat. They can use them with a surprising degree of skill.
Faults and Weaknesses[]
Pulsars are regular human beings in terms of durability and endurance. They can easily be dispatched by mid-rank Freaks.
They also go into a wild frenzy if their designated Quasar is killed or otherwise removed from the area, leaving them vulnerable.

Quasars, the strongest of the duo, are produced in lesser quantities and is thus affordable to create exotic abilities.
Appearance and Personality[]
They appear as dark BLU Snipers wearing an Air of Debonair-painted Corona Australis, Poacher's Safari Jacket and a Buff Banner.
They are more on top of things than their Pulsar brethren, and much more serious than them.
Powers and Abilities[]
Quasars have enhanced fitness in most fields compared to normal humans.
Like the Pulsars, they are expert gunslingers. They prefer to use a Shooting Star and are deadly with them.
They also have an exotic ability - reflecting projectiles. They can create a 180 degrees forcefield that reflects projectiles, even bullets, back to their sender.
Faults and Weaknesses[]
Quasars, while tough compared to their Pulsar brethren, only have mid-rank stats in Freak terms.
They are susceptible to melee attacks and attacks from the rear, as their reflect power does not protect them from the aforementioned.Trivia[]
